Goal of the design: make sure the user doesn't spend more than 10-15 seconds to view my latest works while enjoying the touch experience of the site. Site developed in html5, css3 and js libraries (no framework).

The aim of the brief was to create a fresh and functional interface, built on Flex, that provided clear access to information, for monitoring purposes, on all their worldwide oilfields. For Cim-Italia (ICBPI), Italy's number one banking service provider, I worked on creating several web interfaces for their clients as well as for the internal applications. Particular focus and attention was given to the usability and accessibility as required by a national law.

OpenLabs was a new microsite designed to promote services in Project. The microsite, built totally in Flash, included interactive maps to help locate the various offices and videos/photos to describe each service offered.

I began my web experience in 1997 as a web designer, where I explored and studied the basics of design and development on my own. Two years later I moved to the US to start an AAS degree in Computer Science/Web Administration and Multimedia at UVU. I started exploring communication theory, visual design, and information architecture and I worked as the assistant/designer for Professor P. Gale and as a web designer of the College Multimedia Department (I worked on their website and web applications). Later I worked as a senior web designer for ANS, an independent web development company with clients such as Delta Airlines, PepsiCo and Royal Bank of Canada.
In 2001, I moved back to Italy after been hired as a web art director by ColumbusNet, a web agency in Bergamo. Here I designed web solutions for large web commercial and government portals, ecommerce and branded websites.
In 2003, I became a freelancer and a Macromedia specialist. I spoke for Macromedia in road-shows, conferences and large events. I always worked on developing my design and development skills. I was one of the first designers in Italy to provide web interfaces accessible for disable users. In 2004 I won the Macromedia site of the week award for the accessibility design of the "Provincia di Bergamo" portal.
In 2009 I completed and earned a specialization diploma on Creative Advertising - Art Direction at the European Institute d Design in Milan (IED).
In March 2010 I moved to the UK to work at Ocado as an UX/UI designer for the web, mobile and tablet.
